The following explains how to set different discount rates for member groups and how to choose whether these discounts apply to specific products or offers.
- Go to the Promo page and click at Member group discount (Figure 1).

- Before you set any discount you must create a new member group.
- Click the "Edit" button to modify an existing member group. (Figure 2).

- You can use up to four different discount options, either all together or individually for different member groups.
Product Discount: Allows the group to apply a discount to all members within the group.
Offer Discount: Enables discounts on offers for all members in the group.
PC Time Discount: Applies a discount to PC time for all members in the group.
Bonus Cashback percentage(Figure 3).

- Setting a 100% discount on PC time Discount allows sessions to run for free, even if the account has no balance.
- To give a discount for a member's session, you need to create a new price for that member group.
- To apply discount groups to products go to the store - product select the product you want and at main information tab select the allow discount button (Figure 4). Without enabling this, the group discounts will not take effect.

- To enable these discounts, go to Time & Offers → Offers, select the desired offer, and in the Group Settings tab enable Allow Discount. Once this option is enabled, both promo codes and member group discounts will function correctly. (Figure 5).

- When Allow Discount is enabled, promo codes and member group discounts will be applied correctly during checkout. The system will display both the original price and the discounted price, along with the final amount to be paid after the discount is applied. (Figure 6)

- If Allow Discount is disabled in an offer, promo codes and member group discounts will not work. During checkout, any discount applied will have no effect, and only the full (original) price will be displayed.(Figure 7)
