How to get started
Every plan begins with a free 15-day trial. Five steps from download to a licensed venue.

Download the server
Get the iCafeCloud server installer from our download page and run it on the machine that will manage your venue.

Check the hardware
The server needs at least 16 GB of RAM and 4 physical disks. If it falls short, the installer points you to the full requirements.

Request a 15-day trial
After installing, open the Options window and click Get trial license. Trials cover 10 PCs or more.

Verify on WhatsApp or Telegram
Fill in the trial details, choose a channel and continue to chat. Your registration code arrives in the conversation.

Choose a plan
When the trial ends, pick monthly or annual billing per PC. Annual saves 20%, and the diskless bundle adds CCBoot.
