Trial license limitation

The following explains the limitation of the trial license, which allows only one trial per server and is bound to the server PC hardware.

  1. When you apply for a trial license and receive the error message “you already applied license xxx”, it means the server is already bound to a different license and has an existing license ID. (Figure 1)

  1. If you perform setups frequently, avoid creating multiple licenses from the same server PC instead, create trial licenses directly from the server PCs that will be used at the centers.
  2. If you reuse a server to request a trial that previously failed, contact our support team and provide the old license ID after verification, the license can be prepared for reuse.
