  • Disabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your account can be necessary if you are having issues accessing your account with license pool.

  1. Open Your Browser: Launch your preferred web browser and go to the login page.
  2. Enter Your Credentials: Enter your email and password to log into your account.
  3. Navigate to Security Settings: Once logged in, click on your account name in the top-right corner and select "Account Settings."
  4. Security Settings: In the account settings menu, click on "Security" from the left-hand navigation menu.
  5. Two-Factor Authentication Options: Scroll down to the Two-Factor Authentication section and click on "Manage."
  6. Disable 2FA: In the Manage Two-Factor Authentication section, you will see the option to disable the authenticator. Click on "Remove Authenticator."
  7. You may be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your email or phone number to confirm that you want to disable 2FA. Enter the code and confirm.
  8. Once confirmed, you will receive a notification that Two-Factor Authentication has been successfully disabled.
