Every seat, every session, one system

PCs, consoles, food and members all bill through the same counter. The room runs on rules you set once instead of decisions your staff make every shift.

What it does

Sessions bill themselves

Prepaid, postpaid, happy hours and packages. The clock and the till agree without anyone doing arithmetic.

Shared game licenses

Stock the titles that fill seats without buying a copy for every machine. Licenses circulate as players come and go.

PCs and consoles together

Console seats use the same prices and the same clock. iCafeTV closes them out automatically.

Members who come back

Prepaid balances, top-up bonuses, tiers and coin prizes give regulars a reason to keep the balance topped up.

Diskless rooms

With CCBoot the whole floor updates from one image and returns to a clean state on every reboot.

Numbers you can act on

Peak hours, seat utilisation, which titles earn their licence back, and what the shop contributed.

Where the margin actually is

Two things quietly decide whether a gaming centre makes money: how many seat-hours you sell, and how much you spend keeping the machines usable. The billing side is the obvious half. The maintenance side is the one that eats evenings.

iCafeCloud handles the first and CCBoot handles the second. Sessions and payments run themselves, and the room is rebuilt from one image every time a machine restarts.

A reason to come back on Tuesday

A room full of seats is a commodity. A room where regulars have a rank, a streak and something to beat is not. iCafeSports keeps local rankings from the matches played on your machines and puts the table on the screens.

Run it alongside coin prizes and tournament events and the quiet weeknights start to fill themselves, because the reason to come in is on your floor rather than on the internet.

Orders that never leave the seat

The shop is on the client. A player adds a burger, a drink or another block of hours to the basket, leaves a note for the kitchen and pays from the balance without standing up or waving at the counter.

That matters twice: nobody abandons a match to queue, and the order arrives written down rather than shouted across the room.

Every sale has a name on it

Each order keeps its member, its machine, its payment method and the staff member who took it. A number that looks wrong at handover is one search away from the transaction that caused it.

Refunds and cancellations stay on the record instead of disappearing, which is usually the difference between a shortfall you can explain and one you cannot.

Common questions

Can I run PCs and consoles on the same prices?

Yes. Console seats use the same price settings, offers and member balances as the PCs, and iCafeTV ends the console session automatically when the paid time runs out.

Do I have to buy a game licence for every seat?

No. Paid titles sit in a licence pool: a licence is handed out when a player launches the game and returns when they finish, so you buy for concurrent players rather than for seats.

What does it take to go diskless?

A CCBoot server and a network the machines can boot over. The wiki requirements page lists the hardware, and support will size the server against your seat count.
