The following explains the Members page, which provides a comprehensive overview of member accounts, including balances, bonuses, groups, personal information, login status, offers, points, coins, remaining time, loans, comments, and account activity.

  1. Click Members on the left-side menu to open the Members page. (Figure 1).

  1. On the Members page, click Table Columns to customize the displayed information. Select or unselect columns to show or hide them. Any unchecked column will be hidden from the table view.(Figure 2)

  1. On the members' panel, you'll find a few options explained below.(Figure 3)

  1. 3 dots - Used for mobile users to open the menu.
  2. Check box - Utilized to select one or multiple accounts.
  3. Account - Represents unique account names.
  4. Balance - Reflects the total amount that has been topped up.
  5. Bonus - Indicates the total bonus amount that has been added.
  6. Groups - Displays the actual member group of the account.
  7. Left Time – Shows the estimated remaining time available in the account.
    The calculation uses available offer time first, then remaining balance time if no offers are available. Since the login PC and pricing group are unknown, the displayed time is an estimate and may differ when the member starts a session.(Figure 4)

  1. First name - Exhibits the first name that the user added to this account. The first name can be changed and is not unique.
  2. Last name - Displays the last name that the user added to this account. The last name can be changed and is not unique.
  3. Expire date - Shows the expiration date that has been selected. The default is not expireable. If expired, the account cannot be used until changed to a new expiration date.
  4. Login - Indicates in real time if the account is logged in on PC or Console.
  5. Enable - Displays in real time if the account is enabled and can be used , if disabled, the user cannot login
  6. Offers - Shows the total amount of offer this account has in use
  7. Coins - Indicates the total amount of coins accumulated by the game ranking system.
  8. Points - Shows the amount of points accumulated by topup if poing system is enabled. Default is disabled.
  9. Phone - Exhibits the phone number of the user.
  10. Loan - Displays the outstanding balance remaining for the customer to repay
  11. Comments - Shows the comments added by the owner or employees.
  12. Center - Indicates the center where this account has been created, whether it's a local or sub-center.
  13. Create time - Shows the date and time when the account was created.
  14. Update time -  Reflects the time and date of any changes made to this account.
