Top up balance and coins

To topup or add balance to a member please follow these ways explained below .

  1. Once you have added a member, you can add balance to the accounts. There are two ways to add balance. First is just one click on a member account and the second one is right click on the member's account and choose the “Top Up” option (Figure 1).

  1. On the “Topup” modal, enter the topup amount and click the “Submit” button (Figure 2).

  1. Then it will redirect to the shop page and a popup to print the receipt will appear where you can select either print order or cancel order or close the popup window (Figure 3).

  1. Similarly you can add the points for the members so that you can update the members group name (Figure 4).

  1. When adding or removing coins, it's necessary to include comments from both admin and employee accounts.
  2. You can disable Add Coin for the employees from employees access permission.
