To reset a member's password please check the following .
As an admin or employee, you have the ability to reset passwords directly from the admin panel. This feature applies to both the main center and sub-centers, regardless of where the member account was created. After the reset, the password will default to 123456 (Figure 1).
- Click on the Members tab .
- Right click on the targeted member's account .
- Click on Reset password.
