Topup Bonus

The following explains how to top up a bonus to a member’s account, as well as how to allow or restrict staff from using the bonus top-up feature based on admin settings.

  • Admin and Manager accounts can use this function by default without requiring any permission changes.

  1. Go to the Settings page, then navigate to Employees. Select the staff account you want to edit, and click Edit. (Figure 1)

  1. On the Edit Staff page, locate the “Allow Bonus Top-up” option, check the box next to it, and click Save. (Figure 2)

  1. On the Member page, click Top-up. In the Top-up window, you’ll see that the Bonus field is active (not greyed out), allowing you to enter any value.(Figure 3)

  1. You can view bonus top-up actions, including the amount and the employee who performed them, in the Logs section. (Figure 4)
