The following explains how to top up a bonus to a member’s account, as well as how to allow or restrict staff from using the bonus top-up feature based on admin settings.
- Admin and Manager accounts can use this function by default without requiring any permission changes.
- Go to the Settings page, then navigate to Employees. Select the staff account you want to edit, and click Edit. (Figure 1)

- On the Edit Staff page, locate the “Allow Bonus Top-up” option, check the box next to it, and click Save. (Figure 2)

- On the Member page, click Top-up. In the Top-up window, you’ll see that the Bonus field is active (not greyed out), allowing you to enter any value.(Figure 3)

- You can view bonus top-up actions, including the amount and the employee who performed them, in the Logs section. (Figure 4)

- You can also check bonus top-ups in the Shift Summary.(Figure 5)
