Maintenance, client, Computer
The following explains how to put PCs into maintenance mode so they cannot be used by customers. This is useful when a PC has issues that need to be repaired, preventing access until maintenance is completed.
- On the Computers page select a PC right-click it, then go to Manage and click Enter Maintenance Mode. (Figure 1)

- The PC status will turn red and show as “Maintenance” (Figure 2).

- On the client side, the PC will display “Under Maintenance” and member login will be disabled, hiding the login panel and preventing any user access.(Figure 3).

- After the maintenance is completed, right-click the PC, go to Manage, and select Cancel Maintenance (Figure 4).
