The following explains shift reporting for staff accounts. X-Report generates a report from the shift's start to the current moment without closing it, allowing unlimited prints. End Shift generates a final report and officially closes the shift.

  1. X-Report: Generates an interim ticket allowing staff to track their current shift performance and earnings so far. Does not close the shift and can be printed multiple times. (Figure 1)

  1. End Shift: Does the exact same job as the X-Report, but officially closes the shift for staff accounts only.  (Figure 2).

  1. Administrators and managers do not have shifts, so the "End Shift" button is not available for these accounts.
