The following allows sending messages from the cloud panel to the client's PC. When the customer receives a message, he will hear a notification about it and the iCafeMenu interface will be inactive until he doesn't hide it.
- You can use the Send Message function only when the PC is in an active session. If the PC is offline, the Send Message button will be hidden
- Right click on the PC with the active session you want to send a message to (Figure 1).

- Type message and click on the “Send” button (Figure 2).

- On the client interface, you will see the notification in the top corner of the screen.(Figure 3)
