The following explains how to check the last shift report in case an employee has already closed their shift but did not print the report ticket.

1. When you log in to iCafeCloud with an employee account, you will see a new button labeled “Last Shift” next to the “End Shift” button. (Figure 1)

2. Clicking this option will show the last shift report without closing the current shift. (Figure 2)

3. This feature is useful if the previous employee forgot to print the shift report. It also allows the next employee to verify the previous shift details and cash amount, improving workflow accuracy and accountability.
