The following explains how members can reset their password directly from the login page, either by email or SMS verification.

Client reset by SMS

  1. Configure SMS provide settings
  2. Members should use their real phone numbers to receive SMS notifications. If a phone number is not set up, please update it in the Members page.
  3. Go to Settings → Member Settings, select SMS under Client Reset Password Way, and click Save (Figure 1).

  1. On the login page, click at the “Forgot password”. (Figure 2)

  1. In the Forgot Password window, enter the phone number linked to your member account and click Check to continue (Figure 3)

  1. Once completed, a random password will be automatically generated and sent to you via SMS. Use this password to log in to your member account. (Figure 4)

Client reset by Email

  1. Members should use their real email address to receive Email notifications. If the email is not set up, please update it in the Members page.
  2. Go to Settings - Member Settings, select Email under Client Reset Password Way, and click Save (Figure 1).
