The following explains how members can reset their password directly from the login page, either by email or SMS verification.
Client reset by SMS
- Configure SMS provide settings
- Members should use their real phone numbers to receive SMS notifications. If a phone number is not set up, please update it in the Members page.
- Go to Settings → Member Settings, select SMS under Client Reset Password Way, and click Save (Figure 1).

- On the login page, click at the “Forgot password”. (Figure 2)

- In the Forgot Password window, enter the phone number linked to your member account and click Check to continue (Figure 3)

- Once completed, a random password will be automatically generated and sent to you via SMS. Use this password to log in to your member account. (Figure 4)

Client reset by Email
- Members should use their real email address to receive Email notifications. If the email is not set up, please update it in the Members page.
- Go to Settings - Member Settings, select Email under Client Reset Password Way, and click Save (Figure 1).
