The following explains how member accounts are auto deleted after 6 months of inactivity, based on specific criteria.
- Criteria for automatic deletion of a member account
- The member account must be inactive for 6 months (no logins during this period).
- The member must have a zero balance.
- The member must have no Email registered
- The member must have no Phone number
- The member must have no bonus.
- The member must have no orders.
