The following explains how to change the Admin password if it has been forgotten but you still have access to the Admin panel.
- Navigate to Member - employees and click the “Edit” button of the admin user (Figure 1).

- In the Password field, enter the new password and click ‘Save’ (Figure 2).

- The next time you log in to the iCafeCloud web admin panel, use the new password you created.
- If you change the password for the ‘admin’ account, you must restart the client PCs for the new password takes effect.
- Changing the admin password does not affect the license password.
