The following explains how to change the Admin password if it has been forgotten but you still have access to the Admin panel.


  1. Navigate to Member - employees and click the “Edit” button of the admin user (Figure 1).

  1. In the Password field, enter the new password and click ‘Save’ (Figure 2).

  1. The next time you log in to the iCafeCloud web admin panel, use the new password you created.
  2. If you change the password for the ‘admin’ account, you must restart the client PCs for the new password takes effect.
  3. Changing the admin password does not affect the license password.
