The following section explains how to use the Reward Program to encourage customers to download the iCafeApp on their mobile devices and link their accounts to the center.
- Navigate to Members page - App rewards (Figure 1)

- Download the QR code, print it, and place it in visible areas around the center so customers can easily scan it. You can also share the QR code in your community groups to invite customers to download the iCafeApp and connect to the center. (Figure 2)

- Once a player has linked their account, they will be displayed in the list, along with the number of additional players needed to reach the required target. (Figure 3)

- Once all required accounts are linked, the “Redeem” button will become available.
- After clicking “Redeem,” the reward will be recorded in the History section, showing the month in which it was redeemed and the new license expiration date. (Figure 4)
