Staff status

The following explains how to enable or disable the account status of a specific staff member.
- Go to Settings > Employees, where you will see the "Enable" row highlighted with Yes in green and No in white.(Figure 1)

- To change the status of each staff member, click the Edit button, then select either Enabled or Disabled as the status. (Figure 2)

- If the status is set to Disabled, the staff account cannot log in even if the password is correct. When they try to log in, they will receive a "Login failed" notification.(Figure 3)

- Even if a staff account is disabled, it will still be visible on the Reports page along with the other accounts.(Figure 4)
