Staff status

The following explains how to enable or disable the account status of a specific staff member.

  1. Go to Settings > Employees, where you will see the "Enable" row highlighted with Yes in green and No in white.(Figure 1)

  1. To change the status of each staff member, click the Edit button, then select either Enabled or Disabled as the status. (Figure 2)

  1. If the status is set to Disabled, the staff account cannot log in even if the password is correct. When they try to log in, they will receive a "Login failed" notification.(Figure 3)

  1. Even if a staff account is disabled, it will still be visible on the Reports page along with the other accounts.(Figure 4)
