Guest users can convert their accounts to member accounts themselves from the client PC.
- First of all, go to Settings Page > Client Settings and enable Convert to Member (Figure 1).

- Then when the prepaid or offer session is started, click the button to convert to a member on the top right side (Figure 2).

- Fill in the details and submit them (Figure 3).

- After that, iCafeMenu will auto logout and the remaining balance from prepaid or time from offer will be saved to the member's account.
- Now users can login with credentials just submitted and continue their session.
- If "start billing" is set to an X value on the “Start billing after”, this feature allows prepaid session customers to enjoy an X number of free minutes in order to keep their balance intact while converting to a member through the client interface.
